Bridgewater State University will host the annual Conference on Cape Verdean and Diaspora Studies on April 20 and 21.

The conference features panels on technology and innovation, culture and social integration, language and education, transnationality, music, law and social justice, and literature and literacy.The keynote speaker on April 20 will be Lindsey Grace of American University.

Attendance is free and buses are provided for community members wanting to attend.
