BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB ALL-STAR CHALLENGE: This year's All-Star Basketball Challenge will be held March 23 at the Boys and Girls Club in New Bedford. The highlight of the event will feature boys and girls All-Stars from the South Coast Conference and New Bedford High playing against All-Stars from the Old Colony League, Eastern Athletic Conference, Durfee and Westport. The high school games will be preceded by a fifth-grade game between Dartmouth and the Boys and Girls Club at 5:30 and a seventh and eighth grade Rising Stars game at 6 p.m. A college scholarship is awarded to the MVP of each high school All-Star game.
